If your drawing set has twelve sheets and you prepare a twelve-page overlay (one reference layout per sheet), the overlay will land page-for-page. If you change either input file or the opacity after a download, the tool revokes the previous object URL and removes the obsolete download, so a stale result cannot be reused.
