Hey, I'm  Li Zecheng

What I Actually Do

I'm what you might call a "technical SEO specialist" — which is just a fancy way of saying I speak both human and robot fluently. I dive deep into HTML, CSS, and backend code to figure out why search engines are ghosting your website. Spoiler alert: it's usually not personal.

Over the years, I've helped major B2B platforms and e-commerce giants (including Taobao's ecosystem) crack the code on organic traffic. We're talking thousands of websites, millions of pageviews, and more spreadsheets than I'd like to admit.

These days, I'm particularly excited about the intersection of AI and SEO. I've spent the last 2+ years exploring how AI can supercharge content creation, prompt engineering, and automated workflows. Think of it as teaching robots to write stuff that humans actually want to read.

Why This Blog Exists

Sure, I could've just built another boring SEO blog that regurgitates the same "10 Tips to Rank Higher" articles. But where's the fun in that?

This space is my digital playground where I share real-world SEO strategies that actually work (not the theoretical fluff), AI tools and experiments that are changing the game, and — here's where it gets interesting — my random thoughts on books, life, and everything in between.

Because let's be honest: nobody wants to read about meta tags all day. Sometimes you need a good book recommendation or a philosophical tangent about why we're all just trying to optimize our lives like we're algorithms.

The Nerdy Details

If you're into credentials (and hey, no judgment), here's the highlight reel:

I've led SEO projects from zero to hero — literally taking websites from "Google doesn't know you exist" to "Hey, why is our server crashing from all this traffic?" I've built AI-driven content systems that pump out hundreds of thousands of quality articles monthly. I've cracked the code on e-commerce SEO for some of China's biggest platforms. And I've managed teams, trained newcomers, and yes, attended way too many meetings about keyword research.

Beyond the Algorithms

When I'm not obsessing over search rankings, you'll find me buried in books — everything from marketing classics to random philosophy that makes me question my life choices. I believe the best marketers are the ones who never stop learning, even if that learning sometimes involves a detective novel at 2 AM.

I also believe in sharing knowledge freely. The SEO industry has too many gatekeepers and not enough teachers. So here I am, trying to be the mentor I wish I had when I started out.
